Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the ClockForClaude browser extension, the MCP connector and the clockforclaude.com website (the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you accept these terms.

1. Service description

ClockForClaude adds time context (time, date, timezone, weather, off-peak status) to your exchanges with Claude, via a browser extension and an MCP connector. The Service is provided "as is".

2. Free version

The free version includes manual injection of context (time, date, timezone, season, working day) and can be used without registration. The MCP connector is free and open source (MIT license).

3. Pro subscription

• Price: €2.49 incl. tax per month, charged via Stripe.
• Features: automatic injection, dynamic weather, precise geolocation and calendar sync.
• Activation: after payment, a license key (format CFC-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) is provided to activate Pro in the extension.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from your Stripe portal. Pro access remains active until the end of the period already paid; no pro-rata refund is due, except where required by law.
• Right of withdrawal: in accordance with consumer law, by starting the subscription you request immediate performance of the digital service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, not to attempt to bypass the limitations of the free version, and not to share or resell your Pro license key.

5. Intellectual property

The MCP connector is distributed under the MIT license. The extension and the ClockForClaude brand remain the property of their publisher. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic; ClockForClaude is an independent project, not affiliated with Anthropic.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided without warranty as to the accuracy of the displayed data (time, weather, off-peak status, which depend on third-party sources). ClockForClaude cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service. The extension depends on the Claude.ai interface and may be affected by changes to it.

7. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.

8. Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the competent courts, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions.

10. Consumer mediation

In accordance with French consumer law (art. L.612-1 of the Consumer Code), after sending a written complaint to clockforclaude@gmail.com that has not received a satisfactory response, you may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator we are affiliated with: Société Médiation Professionnelle — Alteritae, 5 rue Salvaing, 12000 Rodez, France — www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr. You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
